This is the “new” large cupcake being offered at Kyotofu. Now you can have only “one” and not feel like such a pig. In the past, they used to make you buy them in 3’s and of course you would eat them all. I think by making them taller but not wider Kyotofu was able to bake more product in each oven. If you have never tried one of these cupcakes you ought to. Its more like a soufflé than a bread cupcake, light but with a strong and intense chocolate flavor.
