The New York Chocolate Show is back in town again Thursday, November 10th through Sunday November 13 at the Metropolitan Pavillion.  The show brings together over 65 local and international chocolate vendors under one roof.  My annual chocolate show tip still applies: take advantage of the advance purchase option and avoid the massive lines.  This will enable you to maximize chocolate consumption time.  More tips and ticket information after the jump (more…)

2010 New York Chocolate Show: Don’t miss Valrhona, Payard, Torres and Quady

The New York Chocolate Show is back in town again this Thursday through Sunday at the Metropolitan Pavillion.  The shows brings together over 65 local and international chocolate vendors under one roof.  Tickets are $28.00 if purchased in advance and $30 at the door.  Here’s a tip: take advantage of the advance purchase option and avoid the massive lines.  This will enable you to maximize chocolate consumption time.
