Hi Niko,
Hope you’re doing well. I believe you’re attending this year’s New York City Wine & Food Festival, so wanted to pass along the following information.
Chef Thomas Griffiths, certified master chef and senior executive chef and director of Campbell’s Culinary & Baking Institute, will be at the Campbell’s section of the Shoprite Grand Tasting event on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 12pm – 6pm. Throughout the event, Chef Tom will serve up three brand new soups and specially-developed recipe pairings.
In addition to sampling the delicious new soups and recipe pairings, Chef Tom will conduct a 20-minute demo on the Certified Angus Beef Stage in the Shoprite booth each day. He will demo his Harvest Orange Tomato Certified Beef Angus Chili and showcase two other recipes that use Harvest Orange Tomato as an ingredient – sliders and short ribs.
We’d love for you to stop by the booth to sample the delicious new soups from Campbell’s as well as the daily demonstrations to meet Chef Tom.
Please let us know if you’ll be interested in stopping by and we’ll look out for you.
Thanks for your time,
Laura
