The New York Times and Eater revealed the team of chefs that will be supporting Andrew Carmellini, Luke Ostrom and Damon Wise at their new French restaurant Lafayette. Baker, James Belisle, formerly of Per Se and DessertBuzz favorite Jennifer Yee, formerly of SHO Shaun Hergatt and Aureole. Here’s a few of Yee’s desserts.
